An e-vignette is an electronic vignette, a document that entitles you to travel on expressways and highways in countries where it is required. E-vignettes are a convenient alternative to traditional vignettes available as stickers that were previously glued to windshields. In some countries, electronic vignettes are the only available option for this type of document.
Purchasing an e-vignette and processing the order takes just a few minutes. Right after payment using your preferred method, the purchased electronic vignette is sent to the specified email address. Upon receiving it in the message, it is active and can be used according to the selected period.
An e-vignette can be purchased at any time and at any hour, even at the last minute, or when already at the border of a country where vignettes are required. The electronic vignette becomes active within a few to several minutes after purchase on our website. If we enter the territory of a country where electronic vignettes are required and we do not have a valid document, we can also make an immediate purchase. Otherwise, we will likely get a fine.
In case of purchasing an e-vignette and needing to change data, including the period, this is possible. For this, you need to contact our Customer Service Department. When we are abroad and the period of the purchased e-vignette is ending, it is also possible to purchase another document online, which will extend the right to travel on expressways in the given country.

Each country where e-vignettes are required establishes its own rules regarding the use of vignettes. Often the obligation to have paid vignettes applies only to vehicles with a total weight below 3.5 tons. Sometimes motorcycles or electric vehicles are excluded from this obligation. Before traveling to a given country, it's worth checking the relevant regulations.
An e-vignette is always assigned to a specific registration number. If we plan to travel in a given period through a given country with two different vehicles, we need to purchase separate electronic vignettes for each of them. It is based on registration numbers that e-vignette control systems read data and check the fact of payment.
A purchased e-vignette can be canceled provided that its validity period has not yet started. For this, you need to contact our Customer Service Department. Then it will also be possible to recover the fees incurred in connection with the purchase of the electronic vignette.
An e-vignette is a modern and convenient solution, one of whose advantages is the lack of need to print the document. Right after purchase, the vignette for a given vehicle registration number is automatically visible in the control system of the given country, which will also be available to appropriate officers in case of control.
In case of entering an incorrect vehicle registration number when ordering an e-vignette, you should contact the Customer Service Department as soon as possible. However, changing data will not be possible in all cases, which depends on the moment of reporting the irregularity, as well as the rules applicable in the given country. Remember that having a purchased and valid electronic vignette for a vehicle with a different registration number than the one we are traveling with may result in a fine.
An e-vignette can be purchased in advance, specifying any validity period. This is a convenient solution that allows you to comfortably plan your trip and not worry about including additional costs in the budget closer to the departure date. Purchasing an e-vignette in advance also saves time during travel and eliminates the need to stop on the way to purchase the document.
In most countries where e-vignettes are required, this document also applies to electric vehicles. Some countries, in accordance with their adopted pro-ecological policy, offer lower rates for electric vehicles or even allow complete exemption from having e-vignettes. We will need at least two e-vignettes when we plan to enter the territory of a given country with vehicles with different license plates.
Purchasing an e-vignette online is very simple, intuitive and takes just a few minutes. After selecting the country we will be traveling through or to which we are going, you need to complete personal data and vehicle data, and then determine the features of the vignette we need. The cost of the e-vignette and options for available payment methods will be displayed automatically. After payment, the vignette will be sent to the specified email address.
The entire electronic vignette purchase procedure usually takes about fifteen minutes. Most often, right after payment, we send an email message with the e-vignette as an attachment. Sometimes it may take a few minutes. If after fifteen minutes from successful payment processing the e-vignette is not sent, you should contact the Customer Service Department.
