Order processing – how e-vignettes work at Winiety24
Order an e-vignette in minutes – activation immediately after payment is processed or on a date chosen by you. You will receive confirmation via email, and the registration number will go directly to the road operator's system.
1. How to place an order?

Choose country and vignette type
Go to the order form and select the country, vignette type (e.g., 10/30 days, annual) and – if applicable – vehicle category.

Provide vehicle details
Enter the registration number, country of registration, and – if necessary – gross vehicle weight (DMC). Carefully check the characters (O/0, I/1, B/8).

Set the start date and time
You can activate the vignette immediately or schedule the start for a specific date (e.g., departure day).

Pay by card, BLIK, or fast transfer. We start processing after payment is credited.

Invoices and data

3. Processing time and activation
Normally, e-vignettes are activated automatically after payment is credited (or on a date set by you). Below are approximate times by country:

4. Order status and confirmations
- After activation, we send an email with confirmation (sometimes also a PDF or a preview link).
- The vignette is electronic – we assign it to the registration number. You don't print anything, you don't stick anything.
- In many countries, you can check the status on the official website by license plate number. Tips can be found in our blog and in the FAQ.
5. Changes, corrections, and order cancellation
Data corrections
If you notice a typo (e.g., in the registration number) – contact us immediately. In some countries, we can correct the data before the validity starts.
Date change
The start date can be postponed, provided the vignette has not yet been activated. In your message, include: order number, correct date, and country.
Cancellation
After e-vignette activation, cancellation is usually not possible (due to operator rules). Before activation – write to us, we will check return options.
6. Returns and complaints
- A refund is possible if the product has not been activated and the rules of the respective country allow it.
- If payment has been debited and you have not received confirmation – please contact us; we will verify the transaction and activation status.

Do I need to print the confirmation?
No – the e-vignette is electronic. However, it's worth keeping the confirmation email just in case.
What if I make a mistake in the registration number?
Contact us as soon as possible. In some systems, we can make corrections before the validity starts.
Can I buy for a company and get an invoice?
Yes. In the invoice details field, enter the VAT ID and company details – we will send an electronic invoice to your email.
How do I set a future date?
In the order form, select the "start date" and time – activation will occur automatically on the chosen date.
